How to Make Sate Komoh:


1. Boil beef until half tender. After that take the meat and cut into squares of medium size. Set aside. Save the remaining meat boiled water.


2. Puree all the spices using a blender, add a little oil to facilitate the process of crushing the spices.


3. Saute the spices that have been mashed until fragrant. Add lemongrass, bay leaves and oranges, stir-fry until the spices are cooked.


4. Enter the pieces of meat into the seasoning stir, then add 500 ml of meat boiled water along with coconut milk or firebcreme solution.



5. Add sugar and salt, then boil over medium heat. Repeat the boiling water until the meat is tender, the water is reduced and the spices are absorbed. 


6. Skewer the meat using a skewer, then grill the komoh satay until fragrant while occasionally brushing the rest of the seasoning. 


7. Serve the komoh satay along with the rest of the seasoning.
